This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Woodlind Co. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing from Woodlind Co., you agree to the terms of this policy in addition to our Terms of Service. This policy is designed to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act and relevant state statutes.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and clearance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Legal Compliance Note: Under federal law, refunds must be issued within a reasonable timeframe once an eligible return is received. Woodlind Co. processes refunds as quickly as possible, within the timeframes above.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect product was sent. If you need a different size, color, or style, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are returning a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Woodlind Co. will cover all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you believe your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as required by applicable law.
